Before his role at NetSTREIT, Donlan built extensive experience in the real estate sector, particularly as the Senior Vice President and Head of Capital Markets at Essential Properties Realty Trust, where he focused on sale-leaseback transactions. His prior roles also include positions at Ladenburg Thalmann, Janney Capital Markets, and BB&T Capital Markets, where he specialized in REIT research and capital markets.
