The Committee has established programs and practices that align management's interests with those of the Company's shareholders, and thus help drive the creation of long-term shareholder value. We believe our compensation program supports our belief in pay for performance by providing a significant amount of compensation in the form of equity, by balancing both short- and long-term incentives that are tied to Company performance, and by delivering both fixed and variable compensation (pay-at-risk) in appropriate measure to retain and motivate our leaders, all of which are tied to our business results and market practices.
