Ms. Hale’s annual incentive cash award was based 85% on corporate performance and 15% on individual performance. The Compensation Committee established threshold, target, maximum and outperform annual incentive cash award levels as a percentage of base salary for our NEOs as set forth below. For 2024, following analysis and discussion with the Compensation Consultant of prevailing market practices, we adopted consistent payout ranges as a percentage of target for all executives.
