Each named executive officer’s target bonus opportunity is expressed as a percentage of annual base salary. In February 2025, in consultation with our management board and upon the recommendation of the compensation committee, the supervisory board determined that the 2024 corporate, clinical and financing goals were achieved at 90%. As such, 2024 bonuses for our named executive officers were generally paid at 90% of their target bonus opportunities.
