We believe that this is best accomplished by the following: paying executives a base salary commensurate with their backgrounds, industry knowledge, special skill sets and responsibilities; offering incentive cash bonuses conditioned on our consolidated financial results; and making periodic grants of restricted stock and/or stock options.
